Before submitting your manuscripts to CJCHA, you should make sure you have met all of criteria stated in guide for author.The following materials must be sent to CJCHA with the correct arrangement at first submission, please check these important points:
(1)Cover letter with the statements and signed by the authors. Please send this cover letter to HKMJ either by mail or fax.
(2)Title page with (a) the title is to be written to be understood by those in your field, telling them exactly what you have done in your work. It should be short and concise, Informative, and Indexing. (b) The name by which each author is known, with his or her highest academic degree(s) and institutional affiliation. (c) The full address, phone and fax numbers, and E-mail address of the corresponding author. (d)Authors should add a footnote explaining order of authorship.
(3)Arranging the manuscript/s
Original articles
·The text should not exceed 4000 words
·The number of tables, figures, or both should not be more than seven, and references in addition, only those references essential to the integrity of the paper should be listed, but not more than 30.
·The paper should contain short, structured/non-structured abstracts and 3~5 key words in both English and Chinese.
Working studies
·The text should not exceed 4000 words
·The number of tables, figures, or both should not be more than six, and references not more than 30
·The paper should contain a short, structured/non-structured abstracts and 3~5 key words
Development and Innovation
·The text should not exceed 3000 words
·The number of tables, figures, or both should not be more than three, and references no not more than twenty
·The paper should contain a short, structured/non-structured abstracts and 3~5 key words in English or Chinese
Hospital management forum
·The text should not exceed 2500 words
·the number of tables, figures, or both should not be more than three, and references should not be more than 15
·The paper should contain a short, structured/non-structured abstract and 3~5 key words
Public health forum
·The text should not exceed 2500 words and references not more than 10
·The paper should contain a short, structured/non-structured abstract and 3~5 key words
